Srividya received her Master’s degree in Counselling from Monash University, Australia. Her Yoga journey started in 2012, when she learnt Sri Sri Yoga through, the Art of Living Foundation, Singapore. The inner transformation she experienced through Yoga combined with her passion to teach Yoga, motivated her to become a Yoga teacher to spread the knowledge of Yoga.
She is a certified Yoga teacher cum Yoga therapist from the renowned Vyasa Yoga & Ayurveda Singapore Pte Ltd. She teaches BEGINNER LEVEL HATHA YOGA to Children and Adults through group and private classes. She also provides Private Yoga therapy sessions for various ailments like Anxiety and Depression, Arthritis, Asthma, Back Pain, Diabetes Mellitus, Obesity (Dynamics), Epilepsy, Gastro-Intestinal Disorder, Headache (Migraine) & Neck Pain, Hypertension, Knee & Back Pain, Menstrual Disorder, Muscular Dystrophy, Oncology, Promotion of Positive Health, Voice Culture, etc. She is extremely passionate to help her Clients empower themselves in self-care and emotional wellbeing.
She is a volunteer Yoga teacher at Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore (MINDS), being solely responsible for designing the Yoga study plans for its clients, Training and Development Centers (TDCs) and Employment Development Centre in Singapore. She has trained numerous volunteer teachers who are teaching Yoga in its various centers across Singapore. She has arranged workshops for Voluntary Welfare Organizations like Over the Rainbow to spread awareness on how Yoga therapy can help people overcome psychosomatic disorders with main emphasis on anxiety and depression. She has also served as Volunteer Yoga teacher in various Organizations in Singapore like Beyond Social Service, Tuas South Recreational Center for migrant workers, NACLI (National Community Leadership Institute) for Special Olympics, Young athletes, Shree Narayan Mission, Yuhua CC, etc.
