Group classes are available for Kids, Teenagers and Adults where beginner level Hatha Yoga is taught using a combination of Dynamic and Meditative Yoga postures. Breathing techniques including Pranayama, Joint loosening/ strengthening, Asanas and Meditation are taught to achieve Physical strength, Stability, Flexibility and Relaxation which unites the Mind, Body and Soul. Class size is small (4-8) to ensure individual attention to each participant.
